We support our clients’ resilience and readiness for the future through our knowledge of industrial processes, products and infrastructure, fostering:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Expertise: Leverage our industrial & aeronautical in-depth knowledge to develop people in challenging environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Compliance: Protect the licence to produce and operate, anticipating customer regulatory and societal requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Innovation: Actively engaged in research and R&T projects shaping the future of our industry.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Task description</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Work for R&T projects (ZEROe, Future Aircraft) in co-development with the following stakeholders: Engineering, Optical specialist, Procurement, Supply chain, Manufacturing shops and External partners</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the delivery (in TCQ - Time / Cost / Quality) of the industrial dossier delivery along the TRL (TRL3 to 6) and MRL (Manufacturing Readiness Level) processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assess & Influence design solutions by using 'Design to Cost' and 'Design to Manufacture' approaches</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure the development / qualification of mature and competitive electrical/optical components (including <span>manufacturing/assembly</span> processes) and associated tooling within an End to End approach</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to defining the products strategies within PFTs (Product Family Team, multi-functional team with Procurement, Quality supply chain and Engineering)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define, elaborate, perform the assembly and test of the functional demonstrator for the new ESI architecture</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform trades between design/technical solutions, and represent the industrial voice during the different assessments</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support of know-how transfer</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creation of required documentation and presentations of work results</span></p></li><li><p><span>Independent creation of the technical parts of extensive offers and company presentations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Taking on functional and/or project-related tasks in projects (e.g. technical project planning, topic responsibility</span></p></li><li><p><span>Occasional lectures, publications, presentations</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required qualification</b></p><p>The job requires knowledge and skills that are normally acquired through a relevant, completed degree with a standard period of study of up to 4 years <span>in the area of mechanical or aerospace engineering or or equivalent </span>and related, extended, subject-specific additional qualifications, or thr
