We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives from concept to completion. In this role, you will coordinate resources, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure management team is kept up to date on all timelines. Location: Aurora, Colorado

What You Will Do

• Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects across multiple disciplines.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resource plans. 
• Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks; escalate when necessary. 
• Facilitate regular team meetings, status updates, and customer briefings.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-project reviews.
• Maintain and control engineering records, and documentation in compliance with industry and customer standards.
• Implement records retention policies and support audit readiness.
• Manage Configuration Items (CIs) and support baseline control, change management, and product traceability.

Qualifications You Must Have  

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Experience with engineering development processes.
• Experience in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet)..
• Experience in leadership role.
• An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with Software Development processes.
• System Testing and diagnostic experience.
• Experience of baseline development and delivery process.
• Experience involving customer engagement and reporting

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
