What You’ll Do
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses
Support development of annual budgets, departmental forecasts, and long-term plans
Analyze operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Evaluate financial impact of service line and operational changes
Build financial models for growth initiatives and strategic planning
Analyze labor productivity and financial performance trends
Utilize data tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools) to extract and analyze financial data
Benchmark organizational performance against industry standards
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid requirements
Collaborate with operational leaders and departments to improve financial performance
What We’re Looking For
Healthcare financial or healthcare operations experience REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance or operations
Strong understanding of:
Healthcare reimbursement
Financial trends and policy changes
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling) required
Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
Experience in hospital setting preferred but not required
