Job Description

Lead projects to completion. Work with engineers and junior engineers on new products development and support current products. Coach, mentor engineers and junior engineers.

Qualifications

Essential Job Functions

Lead, manage coordinate project tasks. Develop system requirements, architecture and interfaces for complex analog mixed-signal systems.

• Ability to manage various projects designs
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with no supervision
• Ability to assign tasks and manage their progress
• Ability to lead engineers
• Ability to lead design reviews
• Ability to lead concept reviews
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to form and maintain teams
• Ability to coach and mentor Engineers and Junior Engineers

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of experience. 

MS degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 + years of experience.

 Experience 

• Lead multiple projects to completion
• Familiar with analog design
• Familiar with circuit simulation tools
• Familiar with Microcontroller/FPGA
• Experience with EMI/EMC requirements, procedures, and EMI/EMC design mitigation practices.
• Experience with Agile development methods
