Senior Project Manager/PMO to the Global Head of RSA

<p>What you do</p> <p> </p> <p>As Executive Assistant your main purpose is to provide an efficient and responsive support to the Global Head of Roadside Assistance. You will represent the interests of the LoB and serve as a front of all Ad-hoc requests coming from different CEO Office. </p> <p> </p> <p>You will also coordinate and drive activities for Roadside Assistance LoB via actively collaborating and transparently communicating with other Functions globally (Ops, HR, Finance, Legal etc) and with our Mobility &amp; Assistance Line of Business colleagues.You will help drive key projects as well as ensuring a smooth administrative, organizational and logistical day to day operation of the Global Head of RSA.</p> <p> </p> <p>Within this role, you will gain top management insights and interaction on a daily basis and be deeply involved in shaping the future of Allianz Partners Roadside Assistance.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Driving key strategic projects </li> <li>Supporting in the preparation of internal and external communications, building presentation decks, preparing meetings and other communication materials </li> <li>Where suitable, acting on Global Head of RSA ‘s behalf for delegated decision making and/or meeting substitution</li> <li>Providing weekly and monthly dashboards and communicating project progress to business stakeholders </li> <li>Monitoring transversal budgets to RSA LoB vs actual expenses.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What you bring</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 8-10  years of professional experience therefor several years in consulting is a must</li> <li>Organization and process management skills </li> <li>Strong implementation skills oriented to problem solving &amp; focused on recommending actions </li> <li>Rigorous and able to produce high-quality deliverables  </li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions </li> <li>Ability to influence key project stakeholders and drive change </li> <li>Comfortable in changing environment, where reactivity to short-notice requests are expected</li> <li>Ability to work in a multicultural environment and a matrix organization with C Level</li> <li>Experience in insurance sector is a plus but not mandatory </li> <li>Fluent English is mandatory, German or French are a plus.</li> </ul> <p><br/> What we offer</p> <p> </p> <p>Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
