Sr. Business Analyst, Technology Support Asset Management (up to 3-year project)

Overview

The Chick-fil-A Support Center is launching a new project-based role that is part of the Experience & Delivery team within the Digital Transformation & Technology department. This Project Full-time role is a TEMPORARY, full-time position up to a maximum of 36 months. This role will be required to be onsite at the Support Center daily between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm.

 

Chick-fil-A's Technology Support team serves over 4,000 staff and contractors in our Atlanta office and a growing number of distributed locations. As the Senior Business Analyst focused on Asset Management, you will join a team of professionals charged with providing laptops, device deliveries and logistics, technical support, and vending machines for digital assets. You will be responsible for working within our current asset management process by checking in shipments of new devices, accounting for returned devices, and auditing inventory. Furthermore, you will help us re-define these practices, partnering with ITSM developers to streamline and automate solutions. These efforts will help us to scale our asset lifecycle management to fit the needs of a larger and more distributed workforce as Chick-fil-A expands. This role combines strong technical skills, influencing process through communication, and an emphasis on delivering a high level of customer service through scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments of laptops and technology devices multiple times each week, checking them into ServiceNow asset management system and releasing payment to suppliers.
• Regularly audit inventory housed in Chick-fil-A's depot for accuracy and organize hardware physically to ensure future audits and distribution of devices are streamlined.
• Update and improve inventory reporting process to represent hardware on-hand, consumption rates, and assist with forecasting purchase needs for additional inventory.
• Audit processes for laptop repair and laptop recycling programs. Ensure devices are released from MDM before recycling, and that used devices which are returned to customers have been tested and validated following standard procedures.
• Collaborate with our business partners such as CFA Supply who will be requesting devices from us and returning hardware for repair.
• Research and document device lifecycle management workflows and processes ensuring timely and accurate processing of transitions to new models, new item introductions, and discontinuations.
• Execute on recommended supply plans for select suppliers to ensure proper inventory quantities are purchased that align with service level objectives and inventory targets to minimize waste.
• Develop and maintain documentation standards related to SOPs and job-aids for Inventory and Demand Planning
• Collaborate with Asset Lifecycle Solutions team to ensure we are adhering to industry standards and best practices for assigned assets.
• Manage and complete time sensitive invoice reconciliation activities

• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Azure AutoPilot for automatic enrollment of laptops for enterprise
• ITIL Foundation
• Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• Apple Certified Support Professional
