This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations between our sales staff and back-office functions. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to sales staff and management.
• Maintain compliance checklists and ensure timely completion.
• Manage delivery schedules and Zoom meetings across CRM platforms.
• Oversee wholesale deliveries and invoice processing.
• Modify customer vehicle orders to meet exact specifications.
• Audit and track new and used vehicle inventory.
• Monitor rebate information and process payouts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

The (Hourly) Wage for this position is: $20.00
