As a Sr. Assistant, Clinical Training, THV US Sales you will be part of a team that is responsible for developing and delivering content and tools to train sales and field clinical professionals on product subject matter expertise and TAVR clinical content areas.
You will make an impact by:
Performing administrative activities and execution of THV US Sales organization new hire preboarding and administrative onboarding under limited supervision
Ensuring new hires receive tech equipment and gain access to sales tools and Edwards systems.
Corresponding with in-house business partners and training team using broad range of computer programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Assisting in routine administrative projects/tasks and managing team calendar
Scheduling domestic travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures
Planning and executing meetings and events
Booking venues/training room, ordering catering, completing room set up and tear down per an existing checklist.
Ensuring computers, projectors, speakers, and other AV are working on the day of a program, troubleshooting as needed.
Ordering and printing materials, assemble and set up as necessary.
Assisting with creation of content for THV clinical training programs.
Managing budgets and project finances including processing POs, check requests, invoicing, and expense reporting.
Ordering lab and training supplies for the clinical training team.
Managing other duties as assigned by leadership
What you will need (Required):
H.S. Diploma or equivalent
4 years of prior related experience

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams, with supervisory guidance provided as needed in the execution of routine tasks
Good computer skills including MS Office Suite
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Adhering to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and taking adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
Travel up to 10% (as needed) for onsite event support
Ability to work overtime as needed

For California, the base pay range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000(highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
