About the role

Job Description

Senior Specialist on the Patient Access team leads all aspects of our company's Coupon/Voucher programs for existing Products in the U.S. Market.  Patient Access includes but is not limited to development and deployment of coupon and voucher programs, government compliance, vendor relationship management, program budget management, consumer data analytics and innovation and improvement of the patient experience.

 

This role will have responsibilities partnering with existing product brand teams to develop and execute their individualized patient access strategy through all channels (i.e., Field Sales and Consumer Websites).  Additionally, priority focus will be in the areas of commercial review  management and management of program and team budgets.

 

Senior Specialist partners with our coupon and voucher vendor to fulfill program objectives.  In addition, the role will be responsible for a wide range of projects and ensuring all Compliance requirements are met.

 

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the Patient Access landscape and understanding of marketing strategy for the brands they support and a high-degree of leadership with a strong sense of urgency, credibility and confidence. 

Minimum education required:

  • Minimum High School, no degree required. 

  • Preferred BA/BS

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work within a team as well as independently

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential to the position.

  • Aligning multiple perspectives to successfully bring programs to market
