Carrier’s North American Residential Customer Service Team, is a large, fast-paced HVAC business group with employees in Homeowner Services, Distributor Services, Shared Services and Warranty/Claims departments. Our external customer base ranges from individual homeowners, to installing dealers, to larger distributors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take direction from a team of subject matter experts to script and develop eLearning modules using Articulate 360
• Update existing eLearning course content
• Produce videos to supplement eLearning courses as needed
• This role is driven by creative results

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in training and instruction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing training materials
• eLearning content development and gamification experience
• Experience with Articulate, Camtasia and Vyond preferred
• Experience with text to speech preferred (ex: Murf)
• Must have an aesthetic aptitude for content development / design
• Training experience preferred
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and Sharepoint preferred
• Experience in the HVAC (Heating/Ventilating/Air Conditioning) industry is ideal, but not required
• Proficient in utilization of Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Diligent attention to written, visual, and organizational detail
• Outstanding follow-through skills to support on time delivery of projects
