Senior Project Managers are responsible for the management of entire projects, from start to finish including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and construction services. You will be responsible for leading consultants, internal resources, overseeing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitating contracts, construction site representation, and are a primary client contact throughout the life of a project.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of the projects, start to finish, you are the project leader.
- Utilize the company's resource groups for design, preparation of design and construction documents.
- Provide construction services (Site visits, review shop drawings, etc.).
- Be the key contact with the client, and their consultants and representatives. Achieve repeat clients through great customer service.
- Responsible for local, county, state and federal project code searches and analysis for each project.
- Be responsible for the financial success of all responsible projects.
- Monthly review and comment on project budget reports, invoices, and pre-billing reports.
- Assemble consultant team for the project (Identify scope of work, collect fees, select consultants, and facilitate contracts).
- Be a technical resource (Codes and construction) to other Ware Malcomb PM/PAs.
- Communicate with clients, brokers, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb team members.
- Mentor, train, and lead assigned support staff.
- Create and lead a positive, team-oriented environment.
Senior Project Manager Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
- Industrial, office, healthcare and/or retail project experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, license preferred
- AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
- Thorough knowledge of building codes
- Assist with RFP/ RFI, client development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
