Senior SQL Developer

<p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>SQL Developer</strong>.</p><p>You’ll be working at the international projects for a company-provider of an audit, consulting and financial advisory from the USA. </p><p><strong>Project:</strong> the application is designed to manage consultant staffing for client engagements, providing comprehensive information about all consultants across the firm, including their skills, experience, resumes, and availability. It facilitates the selection of suitable candidates for specific engagements. Currently, our client operates multiple different applications with similar functionalities across various business divisions. To optimize resource management and reduce operational costs (such as licensing fees), the decision has been made to consolidate these processes into a single application which necessitates migrating data from multiple sources into one database.</p><p>Our teams preliminary consist of: Technical Delivery Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Application Architect, SQL Developers , QA Automation Engineer with possible extension.</p><p><strong> Requirements:</strong></p><ul> <li> 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and higher, Azure SQL;</li> <li>3+ years of experience  Azure Data Factory, including migrating data from SAP HANA to Microsoft SQL Server; </li> <li>Proven track record of designing, building, and launching complex applications;</li> <li>Ability to work independently in database management activities;</li> <li>In-depth understanding of systems design and programming;</li> <li>Understanding of SQL database design and implementation methodologies;</li> <li>Experience with data mining techniques and procedures; knowing when their use is appropriate’</li> <li>Experienced in best practices for design, development, modeling, and implementation of data warehouses and relational databases;</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence or persuade others in positive or negative circumstances;</li> <li>Understanding of how to set up data migrations;</li> <li>Ability to profile and optimize requests.</li> </ul><p> <strong>Will be a plus:</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience with Agile \ SAFe development practices</li> <li>Experience in working with VSTS \ ADO </li> </ul><p> </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Development and analysis of database objects;</li> <li>Data modeling, database optimization, supporting data migration process;</li> <li>Understanding and implementation of schemas, interpreting and writing complex code;</li> <li>Optimization of queries and stored procedures in high-load multi-user environment</li> <li>Cooperation with a team of .NET Developers and QAs when needed.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p>Paid training programs and English/Spanish language courses;</p><p>Medical insurance, sports program compensation and other benefits compensation program;</p><p>Comfortable working hours;</p><p>Awesome team events and a wide variety of knowledge sharing opportunities.</p><p></p><p><strong>Who we are:</strong></p><p>We are TRINETIX — a dynamic, rapidly growing technology organization with approximately 900 representatives in Europe, the United States, and Ukraine, who bring their passion, skill &amp; innovation to ensure our organization provides products that meet the needs of our partners, and clients.</p><p>We offer IT solutions to business enterprises of various sizes and industries using the latest cutting edge technologies.
