AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and
relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as
professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to
Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an
area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all
purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable intern to join our Discover II Program within Airworthiness & Product Integrity. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment, supporting digital initiatives and contributing to the optimization of engineering and business processes through the use of innovative tools and AI.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide transversal support to Airworthiness & Product Integrity activities.

•  Support digital initiatives and contribute to management an improvement of tools used within the Center of Competences (CoC).

• Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal tools related to engineering and airworthiness.

• Contribute to the analysis, implementation and integration of AI solutions in operational workflows.

• Support activities related to planning, resources and processes optimization.

• Collaborate with different stakeholders across departments in an international environment.

• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support various team needs and ongoing projects.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, especially in digitalization and efficiency.

During this internship, you will:

• Understand how digital tools support engineering and operational processes.

• Get exposure to resource management, cost estimation and planning activities.

• Develop skills in process optimization, data analysis and decision-making support.

• Experience working in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or similar.

• Fluent in English.

• General knowledge in aeronautical systems.

• Interest in digitalization and AI applications in engineering processes.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
