Residential Upgrade Technician

In this role, you'll be responsible for installing our state-of-the-art home security solutions for residential customers. This is an excellent opportunity to earn performance-based income while providing a valuable service and offering additional products to our customers</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Install security systems for residential clients according to job specifications and customer needs</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships and offering solutions to enhance their security experience</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Follow wiring diagrams, hook-up procedures, and safety standards to ensure quality installations</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct tests to verify system performance and instruct customers on using the equipment</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain inventory, process paperwork, and support the training of new installation technicians</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High School Diploma or equivalent</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with construction, cable installation, or low voltage systems is a plus</span></li> <li style="
