Position:   Website Administrator (IIS/Apache/SQL Server)

Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and secure both IIS and Apache web servers.
  • Manage SQL Server administration, including database backup, restore, and optimization.
  • Implement and enforce Government STIGs surrounding server and database security.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of PKI, SSL, and SSH, integrating them into our web infrastructure.
  • Utilize GIT and development pipelines for version control and deployment.
  • Administer Windows Servers to maintain stable and secure environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify technical requirements and implement best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for technical queries related to website administration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of IIS, Apache, and SQL Servers administration.
  • Familiarity with Government STIGs pertaining to server and database security.
  • Experience with PKI, SSL, and SSH implementation and management.
  • Hands-on experience with GIT and development pipelines.
  • Strong background in Windows Server administration.
  • Experience in working with containers, Azure, Kubernetes, and Tomcat is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to emerging technologies.
