AVP, Product Management- Technology (Middle RC)

Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced AVP of Product Management to lead and drive our product strategy for our technology platform teams. The selected candidate will have great understanding of Middle Revenue Cycle in Healthcare and a proven track record of building and improving technology platforms to support a large portfolio of internal technology solutions and external vendors. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the technology platform strategy to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and increase business value.  Candidates considered will possess strong Product methodology, using Agile methodology in integral chunks, along with related technologies for Healthcare Revenue Cycle.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and execute a technology platform product strategy that supports the company's technology solutions and business objectives 

• Lead cross functional teams to design build and launch technology platform enhancements and new products 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that meet those needs 

• Define and prioritize the product road map for the technology platform ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall strategy 

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up to date on industry trends and advancements 

• Develop and maintain partnerships with key technology vendors to ensure the company's technology platform remains cutting edge 

• Manage and motivate a team of product managers and technical staff to deliver platform enhancements and new products on time and within budget 

• Define the processes for data intake transformation and exchange to support the technology platform and drive efficiency for the business 

• Define the processes for robotic process automation to support the technology platform and drive efficiency for the business Provide leadership and direction to the technology platform team, setting goals and expectations, and creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
