<h2>Job Overview</h2>
<p>Designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools. Designs and develops security features of products including systems, applications and/or solutions. Ensures the security of all products is maintained throughout the product lifecycle. Integrates new security features, updates into existing products, and resolves integration and testing issues.</p>
<p>The Software Senior Engineer is responsible for specifying, designing, coding, integration, testing and debugging of embedded software programs for a variety of platforms. He will also lead smaller software projects.</p>
<h2>Resposibilities: </h2>
<ul>
<li>Prepare tasks by its own</li>
<li>Create software architectures and designs for complex embedded software systems</li>
<li>Create complex driver and application software for different microcontroller systems</li>
<li>Lead small software projects</li>
<li>Lead activities related to electronic hardware/software integration for new products and on-going programs.</li>
<li>Complete technical documents e.g. Specifications, Release Notes, …</li>
<li>Coordinate external software suppliers</li>
<li>Support the software development process team to improve the processes</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor or Master degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or similar</li>
<li>More than 7 years solid working experience in automotive embedded software development</li>
<li>Strong experience in embedded software programming in C/C++ according MISRA-C</li>
<li>Strong knowledge in different safety software architectures</li>
<li>Strong knowledge in the modeling language UML</li>
<li>Strong experience in different software development tools (IDEs)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge in automotive standards e.g. Automotive SPICE, ISO26262</li>
<li>Strong experience in working with an Application Lifecycle Management Tool (ALM) e.g. Polarion, codeBeamer</li>
<li>Knowledge in electronic hardware</li>
<li>Ability to lead software projects</li>
<li>Good communication skills in English language</li>
