  • Collaborate with distributed teams of designers, developers, and quality engineers to design and specify features.
  • Think critically about user interactions and translate those insights into actionable items like stories and bugs.
  • Plan and execute test activities for all aspects of a web-specific photo editing application.
  • Create test cases (acceptance, performance, functional, etc.) to ensure proper functionality of all implemented features.
  • Perform hands-on testing of daily builds across multiple Web platforms as well as on diverse device types.
  • Work closely with web development teams to ensure alignment and share ideas for enhancing tests.
  • File accurate, comprehensive bug reports, and verify fixes.
  • Operate in an agile development environment, coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth workflows across the app experience.
  • Take accountability and ownership for all assigned tasks.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of equivalent Quality Engineering (QE) industry experience.
  • Experience testing complex web-based applications on Mac and Windows platforms.
  • High proficiency with Photoshop.
  • Passion for testing software and excitement for technology.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of QE methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to move between tasks and collaborate across teams.
