- Manage day-to-day Business Integrity Operations through vendor engagement and process improvement to improve quality and efficiency outputs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale.
- Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions.
- Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop solutions that improve the overall user experience and safety.
- Effectively plan and manage complex projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution to further our mission.
- Participate in on-call emergency escalation rotation as well as after-hours and weekend duty when necessary.
- Be a Trust and Safety subject matter expert, and maintain expertise by regularly performing operational core work, handling escalations and quality audits.
- Develop a deep end-to-end understanding of Trust and Safety and how it affects our community.
- Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to drive efficient analytics and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field, foreign degree equivalent accepted, and 24 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience must include 24 months involving the following:
- 1. Strategic and analytical initiatives, including operations, project management, consulting, data analysis, or technical systems
- 2. Performing operational core work, and handling escalations and quality audits
- 3. Business Integrity Operations through vendor engagement and process improvement to improve quality and efficiency outputs
- 4. Partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale, AND
- 5. Effectively planning and managing complex projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution to further our mission.
