As a Procurement Analyst in Cloud Operations, you will process vendor contracts (sales orders) in Coupa (Procure to Pay) to enable delivery of Platform services.  The ideal candidate will be motivated and hands-on with excellent communication and organizational skills, with a deep understanding of vendor contracts (sales orders) for MRC/NRC. Experience related to expenses for global Colocation/IP Transit a plus.

• Serve as a point of contact to validate and process contracts (sales orders) in Coupa.
• Submit accurate and thorough updates using the internal tracking tools to monitor order status.
• Collaborate with financial teams to answer questions related to vendor invoices/payments and process replacement orders as needed.
• Process monthly reconciliation of vendor invoices to populate a Tableau dashboard for global spend.
• Organize and track all contract related documentation between Zscaler and Vendors. Maintain contracts repository for the Platform team and z-sourcing on Contract Wrangler.
• Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams in Cloud Operations, Finance and Legal to remove barriers and push contracts through the approval workflows. 
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in the procurement process, including vendor onboarding or Coupa order management.
• Create and maintain documentation on process changes related to Coupa functionality and proactively communicate to the Platform team.

Qualifications

4+ years of work experience leading projects within functional areas: Business Operations/ Procurement/ Vendor Management /Finance Operations.

• Knowledge and understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Possesses advanced working knowledge of MS Office and Google suite.
• Familiarity with Coupa, Jira, Contract Wrangler and Tableau a plus.
• Demonstrated willingness to take ownership with meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to navigate gray areas to identify trends and patterns in the data and provide recommendations.
• Anticipates and adapts to change: Agile and Ready to switch gears when needed.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$70,000—$110,000 USD
