Cashier - St. Louis Union Station Hotel - (Flexible Days / Shifts) $13.75 an hr.

Cashiers are responsible for taking payments from customers, making change, and giving receipts.  They are responsible for operating a computer terminal or cash register depending on the location.  Daily Station Reports are required which may include incorporation of reports from the parking management system.  You will perform duties that relate directly to offer exemplary customer service to our guests.  You may be required to ensure that charges are posted to guests’ rooms, track tickets & keys as well as answer requests for items retrieved from cars. 

• Communicate with guest
• Dealing with money
• Complete DSR (daily station reports)
• Hand out tickets (self-parking)
• Post tickets (self-parking/valet parking)
• Answer guests calls
• Request cars for the guests

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to balance cash and paperwork.
• Prior experience as a cashier preferred.
• Prior experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
