Opportunity:

Kem Krest is looking for a Maintenance Associate to follow procedures to maintain and repair equipment using various tools and machinery. Follow safety and maintenance procedures, verify components, and record work order information. Willingness to cross-train and assist other departments along with working on production line based on business needs. 

  • Pay: $22 - $25 per hour
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (3-day weekends!)
  • Overtime: Occasional

Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard work procedures and job expectations under supervision.
  • Participate in improvement activities and support problem-solving efforts.
  • Operate equipment as trained and follow safety protocols at all times.
  • Understand machine operation requirements to avoid negative impact on production.
  • Support department goals related to capacity, volume, and customer satisfaction.
  • Learn how operations contribute to data, technology, and organizational performance.
  • Follow defined reaction plans to prevent injury or product damage.
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure compliance with customer and safety requirements.
  • Identify and help prevent potential hazards in the work environment.
