You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and design SAP solutions that align with their strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies, particularly in at last 2 functional areas and cloud offerings, as well as experience with migration methodologies such as brownfield, bluefield, and greenfield approaches. You will have great opportunity to extend your knowledge &amp; experience through work on delivery and business development projects with the newest technologies and methodologies. You’ll support solution architecture development for ongoing projects or pursuit process.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Your key responsibilities</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Utilize in-depth technical understanding of SAP, with a strong foundation in any of areas below and design and implement SAP solutions for clients:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Logistic foundation (SD/MM/EWM/IBP/SCP),</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Finance foundation (FI/CO/PS/Group Reporting and Consolidation)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Technical foundation (BTP/ABAP/FIORI/Integration/BASIS)</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>You will use and extend your strong understanding of other 2 areas which are not a foundational for you.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Create SAP strategies and architecture roadmaps, including well-articulated views of transition stages toward the final goal by demonstrating the proficiency in SAP cloud offerings (e.g. SAP RISE) and leverage them effectively to meet client requirements.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders and IT professionals, to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and address concerns.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Apply knowledge of brownfield, bluefield, and greenfield methodologies to guide clients through migration and transformation projects.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Lead the migration of systems from ECC6.0 to S/4 HANA, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations;</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Define and document key design decisions based on the objective of the engagement</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Serve as a SAP Solution Architect, providing expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle and developing implementations landscape and roadmap.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their SAP landscapes and achieve their business goals.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Foster strong relationships within SAP Practice within EY globally.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and best practices related to SAP solutions and people management and development.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Skills and attributes for success</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect or similar role.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Minimum of 3 years of experience in running international and diverse teams comprising of SAP Subject Matter Experts.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Extensive experience with SAP technologies, with strong hands on at least in one of the areas:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Logistics</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Finance</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Technology</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Proven expertise in SAP cloud offerings and their integration with on-premises systems.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong understanding of migration methodologies, with hands-on experience in ECC6.0 to S/4 HANA migrations.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Demonstrated ability to lead technical solution design and implementation efforts.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>To qualify for the role, you must have</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Comfortable working in a client-facing role, with a f
