To that end, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and ensure the protection of our critical data and infrastructure.

Job Summary: 

The CISO will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's global information security strategy, policies, programs, and technology. This role will safeguard the company's data, systems, and networks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CISO will collaborate closely with executive leadership, IT, business leadership, and regulatory bodies to embed security into all aspects of our operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. 

• Establish and maintain a robust cybersecurity program to mitigate risks and protect sensitive information. 

Governance, Risk, and Compliance: 

• Lead risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies. 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOX), and best practices. 

• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures. 

Incident Response and Threat Management: 

• Oversee the design and execution of an incident response plan to address security breaches promptly. 

• Monitor and manage emerging threats and vulnerabilities. 

• Lead post-incident investigations and provide recommendations for future prevention. 

Technology and Operations: 

• Implement and maintain advanced security tech
