About the role

Step into a key leadership position as Senior Finance Manager – FP&A at Reckitt. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that all aspects of the processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with company policies and procedures. You will act as a strategic business partner to the Global FP&A Organization and Market Retained Teams by providing financial guidance and support to improve business decisions.​

Your responsibilities

  • Support the establishment of FP&A strategies and targets / KPIs as well as keeping updated the management reporting catalogue.​
  • Lead and develop the Regional FP&A team to foster a high-performance culture.​
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Finance organization and the supporting functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing and Supply) by providing financial guidance and support to drive business decisions and improve growth and profitability.​
  • Analyze end-to-end financial performance (including P&L and cashflow analysis) to recommend actionable insights and lead corrective actions to meet financial plans.​
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and management reporting processes.​
  • Identify areas for planning and management reporting processes improvement and present solutions to the GPOs to align to best practices in finance. ​
  • Oversee the delivery of plans, forecasts and management reports produced by GFS Teams.​
  • Control region operating and capital expenditures to meet the plan.​
  • Manage financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. ​
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and oversee external audits.​
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

The experience we're looking for

  • Fluency in English.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, able to work transparently with a variety of internal teams.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with an ability to mentor and develop teams.
  • Strong understanding of how to foster relationships with senior management on a global scale.
  • Expertise in change management, project management, and driving operational improvements.
  • Strong exposure to developing process frameworks, governance and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Blackline.
  • Proven experience with Financial Analysis and Financial Reporting and Compliance​.
