Position Overview
As the Senior Training Manager at Ceribell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development landscape of our organization. We are in search of a candidate with a proven track record in crafting and delivering compelling training content. The ideal candidate will not only possess expertise in content development but will also demonstrate a keen ability to engage and collaborate with C-Suite executives.
This role is remote, with the expectation of monthly travel to our headquarters. Candidates residing near major airports will be given preference.
What You'll Do
Comprehensive Content Development:
- Spearhead the creation and maintenance of training materials, ensuring alignment with Ceribell's strategic objectives and industry best practices.
- Innovate and design immersive training content across diverse formats, including e-learning modules, workshops, and impactful presentations.
Dynamic Training Delivery:
- Execute dynamic and impactful training sessions for internal teams both people leaders and individual contributors
- Tailor training methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure the effective assimilation of complex technical concepts.
Executive Coaching Expertise (Preferred):
- Offer executive coaching services, concentrating on leadership development and enhancing communication skills for our executives.
Needs Assessment and Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough needs assessments, identifying training gaps within the organization.
- Implement regular assessments to gauge the efficacy of training programs and implement continuous improvements.
Remote Collaboration Excellence:
- Collaborate seamlessly with remote teams, ensuring a consistent and high-quality training experience.
- Utilize cutting-edge virtual collaboration tools to engage with team members and stakeholders.
Strategic Training Planning:
- Develop and execute a strategic training plan aligned with Ceribell's business objectives.
- Identify emerging training needs and proactively address them to enhance organizational capabilities.
Performance Metrics Tracking:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide regular reports on training outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing across departments.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) ; Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
- 5-7 years’ of proven track record as a trainer, showcasing expertise in content development and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with C-Suite executives; executive coaching experience is highly valued.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel monthly to our HQ in Sunnyvale, CA
