Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am- 5 pm

Salary: $60,000/yr

We are looking for a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee all administrative services for our outpatient clinic which provides behavioral health services to adults and adolescents.

The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient operations of one or more of the behavioral health clinic office locations and supervising clinic support and office staff.

The Clinic Operations Manager also:

  • Manages the clinic referral process. Supervises the Clinic Access Coordinator and other staff to monitor volume and timely response to referrals. Hires, trains, supervises, and reviews the performance of Clinic Administrative staff. Implements corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintains clinician work schedules. Maintains on call schedule of clinicians.
  • Tracks, monitors, and maintains clinic inspections, audits, and certifications, and licenses.
  • Works closely with the Clinical Intake specialist to ensure team integration and oversite.
  • Maintains copies of credentials for the clinic and clinical staff.
  • Uses data to support the effective scheduling of therapy and medication appointments.
  • Reviews caseload reports with Clinic Administrative Assistants to ensure clients are scheduled in a timely manner.
  • Supports clinical staff with onboarding and administrative tasks, as needed, to maintain effective operations.
  • Processing records request.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. A degree in Business Administration preferred. In some cases, experience may be substituted for academic training
