Our Advanced Technology Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors Program Area is looking for a dynamic intern to join their team! The intern will support both existing Contract Research and Development programs and business opportunities, as well as other regular business activities including operational performance, sales, and cost reduction. Opportunities exist to learn and help support finance, supply chain, human resources, marketing and business management tasks using our industry-leading tools and processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong academic credentials and experience in working in a teamwork environment, having not only academic, but also interpersonal skills to help optimize our teams. Additionally, the candidate should possess an inquisitive nature and a strong desire to learn real world applications to complement their academic experience. 

What You Will Do

  • Applying your academic knowledge and participating as a member of a multi-discipline team.
  • Contributing to the completion of project/program milestones under the general guidance of the immediate supervisor and team leads.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), such as business, finance, supply chain, operations, or a closely-related field and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship session.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Knowledge of MS Office or other presentation tools
  • Previous Engineering project and/or internship experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working in teams
  • Results-oriented with good problem-solving skills
