Digital Marketing Associate

Summary:
Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing in-house digital marketing team. This role is instrumental in supporting the overall digital marketing strategy through data analysis, reporting, and vendor management. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong organizational skills. 

Essential Functions:

• Assist the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics in pulling and organizing data from various sources.  
• Learn to utilize data analysis tools to generate regular and ad-hoc reports and insights as needed. 
• Use analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website performance, customer and visitor behavioral trends for customer success. 
• Highlight observations and business context to deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders, beyond basic reporting. 
• Stay apprised of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to drive ongoing improvements to available analytics. 
• Manage relationships with various external vendors and partners involved in digital marketing campaigns.  
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets with internal and external partners.  
• Provide general administrative support to the digital marketing team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Ability to access, manipulate, analyze, trend and interpret data

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Required or Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree 
• 1+ years of marketing or related professional experience 
• Experience with Adobe analytics or Google Analytics preferred 
• Previous experience in a retail business or ecommerce preferred
