He/she will also be responsible for supporting impact partners in developing their global performance (business model hybridization, impact valorization, etc.).</p><p><strong>1. Fundraising:</strong> </p><ul><li>Design and implement effective fundraising strategies.</li><li>Work with the thematic teams to draw up funding development plans specific to each thematic pillar of the Impact thesis.</li><li>Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, corporate partners and other funding sources.<strong> </strong></li></ul><p><strong>2. Development of Revenue Models:</strong> </p><ul><li>Analyse the financial needs of each thematic pillar or fund programme.</li><li>Design and implement innovative and sustainable revenue models.</li><li>Assess opportunities for hybridization between for-profit and not-for-profit business models.</li><li>Propose creative solutions for developing income while respecting impact objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Measuring global performance:</strong> </p><ul><li>Participating in the creation of a methodology for measuring the global performance of the endowment fund, its programs and its partners.</li><li>To oversee the production of the fund's annual global performance reports, and to support the thematic teams in producing reports specific to their activities.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Skills required </strong></p><ul><li>In-depth understanding of profit / non-profit business models and business development.</li><li>Proven skills in fundraising and proposal writing.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to develop financial strategies aligned with impact's objectives.</li><li>Strong ability to write and promote editorial content</li><li>Fluency in French and English. Knowledge of German, Italian or Spanish is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and experience: </strong>significant professional experience in fundraising or business development.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Permanent contract</li><li>Remuneration according to profile</li><li>Location: France, partial remote working possible</li></ul>
