Associate Project Manager – New York
The Brooklyn Brothers relies on the Project Management team to build bridges, both internally and externally. Our goal is to create a seamless end-to-end experience from project intake to final delivery, facilitating big and bold creative ideas and producing thumb-stopping, eye-popping content.
The Associate Project Manager will support the Project Manager in day-to-day project management, financial management, and team facilitation and building. They will work closely with the Account team, partnering to deliver our best work efficiently while maintaining quality.
What You'll Do:
- Support the delivery of larger projects and/or own smaller projects with oversight from the Project Manager.
- Anticipate the needs of assigned projects and team members, being a resource of knowledge and support.
- Partner with Account team on brief intake, distilling the information for internal team members with clear and actionable information on the assignment, including the timeline, deliverables, resourcing, production needs, and assumptions.
- Create and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, budgets, job numbers and other relevant project documentation with input from team members and oversight from a Project Manager.
- Develop and maintain all project documents, adhering to agency best practices
- Communicate to all relevant stakeholders important milestones and due dates, noting the repercussions of missed deadlines both internally and externally.
- Manage and communicate the status of deliverables across multiple integrated workstreams.
- Schedule and lead internal meetings, communicate next steps, and assign ownership of tasks; attend external meetings to understand feedback, next steps and project implications.
- Demonstrate best practices in the project lifecycle by setting up and facilitating internal reviews, quality checks, legal reviews, and checking for consistency with brand guidelines.
- Support on resource management, including relaying immediate and forthcoming resource needs to discipline leads and communicating expected hours to internal teams at project start.
- Pull and report on project finances regularly, flagging under/over burn with context and analysis and ensuring all projects are meeting budget expectations.
- Support the project management team in identifying areas of improvement and in the development of department best practices, documents, and administrative initiatives.

What You Have:
- A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of project management, integrated marketing/PR agency, or related experience.
- Passion for and knowledge in project management and/or creative production.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Innate curiosity and desire to continually learn new things, constantly improving upon and working towards personal and business goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A knack for problem solving, always bringing creative solutions to the table
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Salary: $40,000-$55,000
The Brooklyn Brothers has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
