The Boeing Global Services (BGS) US Navy Finance team is on the lookout for Experienced or Senior Business Unit Integrators - Financial Analysis in Hazelwood, MO. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the F/A-18 Super Hornet Program, including the Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP), Estimates at Complete, financial forecasting, and performance reporting for multiple contracts.

Position Responsibilities:

• Overall Responsibility, Accountability, and Authority (RAA) for Estimates at Complete on several F/A-18 contracts, including robust opportunity and risk development

• Development of the annual long-range business plan (LRBP) and monthly financial forecasting

• Drive increased financial performance to meet LRBP and assess financial implications on profit and loss (P&L)

• Establishes strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers

• Provide financial guidance and leadership to new business campaigns and sole source pursuits

• Support Executive briefings and special assignments/actions as required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher

• 3+ years in finance, accounting, or business-related fields

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions and engage directly with customers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent

• Proven experience in supporting or leading projects and delivering results

• Self-starter with the initiative to train, learn, and take independent action

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance audiences

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Level 3 Summary pay range: $79,050 - $106,950

Level 4 Summary pay range: $99,450 - $134,550
