Your Role:
- You review purchase orders received from customers, review and release newly created purchase orders based on internal approval guidelines, create & release purchase order to vendors, create all Mechanical installation vendor purchase orders in a timely fashion
- You book orders or review booked orders to ensure completeness and correctness based on customer contract pricing
- You validate and approve all invoice postings from 3rd party vendors via the Siemens IOL Portal
- You generate all invoice requirements including but not limited to down payments, delivery invoice and final invoice
- You transact all revenue recognition requirements including but not limited to GR, IR, PGI and rev rec.
- You receive, validate and process all change orders including generation and submittal of one-way or two way letters
- You engage in dispute resolution and provide post-delivery issue resolution
- You provide daily delivery updates to all stakeholders
Your Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience required
- 3+ years experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in high-volume orders, purchase or contract pricing environment preferably in healthcare or medical device industries
- Ability to express team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $71,000 - Max $106,400Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
