Adjunct Faculty – Graduate Sport Leadership Program
Endicott College – Beverly, Massachusetts

The Graduate Sport Leadership Program within the School of Sport Science is seeking adjunct faculty for the Fall 2025 semester to teach the following asynchronous, online graduate-level courses:

  • Contemporary Issues in Sport
  • Negotiating the Pro Sports Contract
  • Sport Law and Risk Management

Position Responsibilities:
Adjunct faculty are responsible for delivering engaging, academically rigorous content in an online, asynchronous format. Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching assigned courses in alignment with the course descriptions and learning outcomes
  • Using Canvas as the course learning management system
  • Meeting deadlines for roster verification and grade submissions
  • Responding to student inquiries in a timely and supportive manner
  • Communicating with program leadership regarding any course-related concerns
  • Providing samples of student work for program assessment, if requested
  • Using Endicott email for all official communication with students

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field is required; Ph.D. preferred
  • Previous college-level teaching experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in the sport industry, particularly in law, contracts, or leadership, is a plus
