Senior Marketing Operations Project Manager (Consultant)

As a Senior Marketing Operations Project Manager for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

• Configuring and setting up campaigns in the through-channel marketing automation (TCMA) system, ensuring alignment with partner execution strategies
• Analyzing the performance of TCMA campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement
• Working closely with stakeholders to define the strategic objectives and roadmap for the implementation of the Mind Matrix system
• Facilitating communication between cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of the Mind Matrix system
• Conducting thorough testing to validate the functionality and effectiveness of the marketing platform
• Collaborating with the platform vendor to stay updated on new features and capabilities, implementing them as relevant to enhance user experience
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise
• Collaborating with partners and sales teams to understand their needs and goals

You have:

• Experience working with CRM applications such as Salesforce
• Ability to self-direct and motivate, working independently with little oversight
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Marketing Automation campaign deployment – external (email, nurture flows, events) and internal (lead scoring, opportunity lifecycle, sales alerts)
• Deep understanding of marketing automation processes including lead management, campaign management and online marketing
• Superior business acumen with the ability to build/maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects at the same time

You might also have:

• Previous consulting experience is strongly preferred but not required
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise-level Marketing Automation systems
• Experience with the following platforms: Mind Matrix, Structured web, Zift, and Impartner
