Job Description
We are seeking an analytical and strategic thinking intern to join our team. In this role you will support our regional growth strategy through cross divisional portfolio analysis and steering across the mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly develop an understanding of the Bosch mobility portfolio across the mobility divisions.
- Support Portfolio Steering in coordination with the product management team.
- Conduct market research into growth fields within mobility and adjacent to the mobility space.
- Support the collection of and development of problem statements to funnel into the innovation process.
- Lead innovation days including planning, organizing and executing.
- Support the planning and execution of the regional mobility strategy workshops including topic development, setup, R&O collection and development of next steps.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in an Engineering field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Competency in other digital tools
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire teams
