Our Talent and Performance Management (TM/PM) team is on a mission to bring our differentiated people vision to all talent management solutions and create a simpler, more empowering, transparent and inclusive experience for all associates.  We are simultaneously running operations for existing performance and talent management processes across the enterprise while also delivering on an ambitious innovation agenda!

The Talent & Performance Management (TM/PM) Operations team is responsible for ensuring that our talent and performance management intent is executed to intent.  Our goals are to ensure a seamless associate and stakeholder experience across the enterprise when using talent & performance management products and tools.   We are looking for a talented Senior Associate who is passionate about delivering seamless experiences in a well-managed way.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead a set of initiatives to integrate newly developed talent & performance management processes into day-to-day operations 

• Establish and maintain process documentation & user support materials for talent and performance management processes within scope of role

• Execute control monitoring & reporting as developed for processes within scope of role

• Provide reporting on critical in-cycle operational statistics & metrics (KPIs) for processes and functions within scope of role

• Develop strong partnerships with colleagues in HR, Product, Design, & Tech to plan for and execute cycle experiences and changes

• Structures testing requirements & needs for products within scope of role

• Ability to ‘dive deep’ and build subject matter expertise in key HR programs and processes.  You have a passion for learning more about talent and performance management.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Operations, Process Management, or Project Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience

• Process Management Professional Certification

• 1+ year of experience in Human Resources

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $86,300 - $98,400 for Sr. HR Associate

 

Richmond, VA: $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. HR Associate

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
