In doing so, you will implement our newly introduced steering concept and drive business discussions based on financial analysis.</li><li>You will actively participate in managing budget and forecasting activities as well as long-term strategic planning in portfolio management.</li><li>In addition, you will prepare calculations for proposals and business plans for development projects.</li><li>In cross-functional teams, together with sales, engineering and operations, you will take responsibility for calculations for strategic valuations and bring your financial expertise to bear on merger and acquisition (M&amp;A) projects.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed technical university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in Accounting, Business Administration, Controlling, Economics or a comparable subject</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>at least<strong> </strong>5 years of professional experience in finance, controlling or accounting in a semiconductor/high-tech company; very good MS Office (especially Excel), data analysis and financial modeling as well as good SAP skills</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>you have a business mindset and hands-on mentality, as well a distinctive analytical and interpersonal skills.
