About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing insights that will drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that will drive business decisions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide key metrics and insights to stakeholders

• Lead projects from start to finish, including defining project requirements, developing analysis plans, and presenting findings to stakeholders

• Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to support business initiatives

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. statistics, mathematics, computer science)

• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis or a related field

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets

• Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques

• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
