If you're an expert in generating impactful concepts, collaborating across disciplines, and driving creative innovation, we want to hear from you.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key areas of responsibility</strong></p><p></p><h3><strong>Strategic support</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Proactively help to improve and develop marketing creative strategy with further implementation.</p></li><li><p>Innovate by implementing new tools, frameworks and methodologies to enhance creative output.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Creative excellence</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Generate fresh creatives’ ideas that are highly relevant to the product strategy. Write production briefs.</p></li><li><p>Analyze UA results and creatives’ performance in order to improve metrics.</p></li><li><p>Conduct consistent market research and competitor analysis to extract industry trends and insights. Apply this knowledge to drive innovative and effective solutions.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Give constant feedback and share best practices with the team. Act as a mentor for less experienced teammates.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Strong management</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Manage full-cycle creatives’ production: from idea to final implementation. Act as a leader who motivates the team to achieve the best possible result within the project.</p></li><li><p>Plan and coordinate your own workload, prioritize tasks and goals.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to optimize processes and amplify operational efficiency.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Minimum 1/2 years of relevant experience as a Creatives Producer or similar position.</p></li><li><p>Excellence in ideation and execution across diverse ad networks: TikTok, Google and Meta.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Outstanding skills in generating creative concepts that regularly outperform the benchmarks, coupled with a proven track record of consistently achieving product KPIs.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience in creating user-generated and storytelling content</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Robust background in performance marketing that is driven by insights and analytics.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in project and time management. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.</p></li><li><p>Empathetic team development skills that foster both individual growth and teamwide success.</p></li><li><p>Experience in presenting work with confidence and elegance.
