Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, product management, or strategy roles.
  • 2 years of experience in working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience with developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with using data and market intelligence to identify trends, solve problems, and provide recommendations including building quantitative models and performing data analysis (e.g., using spreadsheets, SQL, or dashboards).
  • Ability to develop market-to-product narratives that align cross-functional stakeholders and drive executive-level investment.
  • Ability to translate market shifts and customer needs into technical requirements that drive product-centric strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead operational initiatives.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas and global teams that work across the business areas.

The Global Product Solutions team is the link between Google products and business.

In this role, you will help to turn product innovation into complete, packaged use cases and solutions that allow the customers to get the most that they need from the suite of products. You will help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for the products. You will use the expertise to help front-line business partners. You will be driving customer success through innovation and help shape the changing world of online advertising.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the global GTM strategy and commercialization for priority product launches, establishing business goals and success metrics. Act as a roadmap architect and bridge to Product Management, using market insights to prioritize features that solve advertiser issues.
  • Drive global narrative leadership and strategy by developing stories that influence executive stakeholders and drive advertiser investment.
  • Navigate a matrixed organization to orchestrate alignment among cross-functional partners on shared priorities and ensure unified execution.
  • Identify and operationalize commercial growth opportunities to unlock advertiser demand and accelerate business growth.
  • Lead the product incubation process through early-stage pilots, synthesizing data from the market to iterate on products before global scaling.
