Business Analyst - Fortis Solutions Group - Thiago

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.

• Create and manage detailed user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria within Jira to support development activities.

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with software developers, QA, and project managers to ensure Jira boards are current and aligned with sprint goals.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements for systems and business processes.

• Develop clear and concise functional specifications for new or enhanced features.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including developing test cases and coordinating with end-users to validate functionality.

• Create user documentation, training materials, and provide support during

• implementation phases.

• Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s operations and technology to align solutions with strategic objectives.

• Perform additional duties as required.
