Job Responsibilities
Ticket Handling: Accept and process keno wagers from players, issuing duplicate tickets and retaining the originals for game tracking.
Customer Interaction: Assist guests with placing bets, explain game rules, and provide our Family Style Service throughout the gaming experience.
Cash Handling: Collect cash for wagers, pay out winnings, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Game Operations: Operate keno equipment, announce drawn numbers, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
Ticket Running: As a runner, transport tickets between players and writers, especially in large casinos, and sometimes pay out small winnings directly.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong math and cash-handling skills
Excellent customer service and communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Familiarity with gaming regulations (e.g., Title 31 in Nevada)
High school diploma or equivalent; Nevada Gaming License Required
Work Environment
