Supported by a leading global equity firm and the ecosystem of nearly 90 partners, our Platform opens new opportunities for businesses across Europe to integrate financial products and services into their solutions. <br/>As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. <br/>Based on financial sector know-how and expertise in cloud technology, we provide a set-up of customer-facing and daily banking services which include: digital onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, and lending with a white-label mobile app channel access. </span></p><span>We are defined by the following values: <br/></span><ul><li>Client at the centre - we deliver value to our clients</li><li>Curiosity - we want to know more!</li><li>Accountability - we deliver on our promises</li><li>Collaboration - we can achieve more with others</li></ul><p><span><br/>We are currently looking for a <strong>Senior Procurement Contributor</strong> ready to join our adventure.</span></p> <h3>What you will be doing</h3> <ul><li>Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes for software, hardware, SaaS services, and professional support, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery</li><li>Support supplier sourcing and selection, evaluating capabilities, pricing models, and risk factors to ensure the best value and fit for the business</li><li>Lead negotiations and help structure agreements in collaboration with stakeholders from IT, Legal, Compliance, and Finance</li><li>Draft and review contracts, manage renewals, and track performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs</li><li>Analyze markets and supplier trends, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings</li><li>Participate in cross-functional projects related to procurement innovation and continuous improvement of internal processes and tools</li><li>Maintain up-to-date contract records and procurement documentation, and support audits when required.</li><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders to anticipate upcoming procurement needs and align purchasing strategies with business goals</li><li>Contribute to vendor relationship management, fostering transparent, productive cooperation and addressing performance issues when necessary</li></ul> <h3>Skills you should have</h3> <ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on IT, software licensing or professional services</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor negotiations</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and generate insights</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level), both verbal and written</li><li>Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment – we use MacBooks and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets); strong Excel or Google Sheets skills are especially important (e.g., pivot tables, lookups)</li><li>Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities</li><li>Team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset</li><li>Relevant experience in the banking sector is a strong asset</li></ul> <h3>What we offer</h3> <span>We offer a <strong>f</strong><strong>lexible form of contract</strong> according to your preference and the characteristics of the job.
