What’s unique about this role?
As the Senior HRIS Analyst, you will have the important role of overseeing the management, implementation, and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support our organization's human resources functions. This role involves leading HRIS projects, ensuring data integrity, and providing advanced technical support to the HR team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HRIS systems, strong project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.
What will this person do?
- Lead the implementation, maintenance and optimization of the entire ADP workforce now system.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding HRIS and HR Business workflow processes.
- Oversee HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other systems.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy within the HRIS.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to HR staff and end-users.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve system issues and improve HR processes.
- Develop analytical reports and analyze trends to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stay current with HRIS trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party providers for system support and enhancements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, UKG, or similar platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with system integrations and data migrations is a plus.
- HRIP (Human Resource Information Professional) or similar certification is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge and expertise of ADP Workforce Now
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and tie functional needs to technological solutions.
- Demonstrated project/team experience and ability to prioritize work.
- Strong analytical ability to review data, see relationships and patterns.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications including advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and standards in regards to data management and record keeping
- Proactive communicator who establishes and communicates clear priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
- Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
