As an Operations Production Support Specialist within PNC's Midland Loan Services - Investor Reporting organization, you will be based in any of the following locations:
Atlanta - GA, Birmingham - AL, Charlotte - NC, Houston - TX, Dallas - TX, Little Rock - AR, Virginia.

The Investor Reporting department is primarily responsible for ensuring that servicing agreements are upheld regarding investor remittance and reporting requirements. This is accomplished by providing both daily and monthly remittance calculations and a corresponding set of reports for the clients we serve, including, CMBS, Agency and GSE, conduit and balance sheet, distressed debt and others. Each month more than 3,500 investor remittances are calculated totaling more than $5,000,000,000. In addition, Investor Reporting is responsible for various ancillary tasks that support the monthly reporting, including but not limited to internal and external special servicing fee invoicing, calculating ARA/ASERs, compiling Schedule AL files and the oversight of P&I advances.
The ideal candidate for the Ops Prod Supp Spec role should be able to think critically and analyze large volumes of data. They should have good time management skills and experience with tight deadlines. They should be able to work independently but also the ability to work with multiple teams. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential as well.

Job Description

• Leads a critical operational support service, process, capability or initiative within an operational unit and ensures performance and/or risk indicators are met.
• Establishes and monitors process performance measurements and business impact. Gathers and communicates performance statistics and reports to internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Promotes and monitors the production workflow and assists team members with escalated process issues. Independently identifies and resolves exceptions and serves as a point of escalation.
• Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of production and/or process. Determines and/or drives change and improvement efforts in production and/or processes.
• Ensures the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards. Independently resolves compliance issues and drives risk mitigation activities.
