Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our team in Trevose, PA with Veolia WTS. This role will be responsible for the financial support of Global Projects and Services portfolio, in providing a partnership with the Regional finance teams to deliver financial results.  The main responsibilities involve implementing processes, proposing, developing, and implementing new global procedures to drive a stronger global alignment in the business.

The scope of this job will be to support the Sr. Finance Manager by improving processes and reporting allowing for maximum visibility of financials analytics.   This newly created position will support the Sr. Financial Manager(s) for Projects and Services.

The financial analyst will regularly collaborate with the Regional finance teams on various initiatives.   

 Key Characteristics: 

• Manage, own and improve the monthly close process with data validation measures

• Consolidate landing estimates ensuring a high degree of accuracy and accountability 

• Implementation of analytical reporting and dashboards which drive visibility and performance such as one- time trackers, margin trackers, and other items

• Development of new dashboards to track spending, and other relevant KPIs

• Collaboration with Regional finance teams implementing processes to review key financial drivers targeting any escalation of concerns, delays, and but not limited to cost increases

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Maintain and improve monthly financial models for Projects and Services 

• Data validation ensuring Regional results are accurate and vetted

• Support the close process by adhering to notifications of financial results and researching variances

• Administrator of financial models utilized by Sr. Financial Manager(s) 

• Consolidation of Regional budget templates for Projects and Services

• Ad-hoc reporting and specialty projects

• Support financial and process audits

• Support monthly closing process

• Support budget process

• Prepare presentations

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Finance experience

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or equivalent

• Experience with monthly and quarterly closing

• Experiences working in a highly matrix organization and collaborating across the company

• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment

• Experience with budgeting and core FP&A work
