What You'll Work On

The Line 3 Manufacturing, Packaging Maintenance - Operator (Packaging MeOp) role serves as both a packaging operator and maintenance technician – being responsible for running the equipment as needed to support the Operations Team Members, while also providing equipment expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventive/demand maintenance.

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
• Operate all secondary packaging equipment
• Perform repairs to production equipment and plant utility systems; troubleshooting complex, high-speed filling, packaging and conveying equipment; machine adjustments to liquid line seamers, bottle sealers and bottle cappers; adjust timing systems such as rotary sterilizers or tray wrappers for proper operation; ensure proper operation of electrical / mechanical components and devices (push buttons, switches, timers, solenoids, electrical disconnects, AC and DC motors); troubleshoot and repair filters, taptones, barcode scanners and video-jet ink printers
• Completion of tasks that may include: fabricate guards, etc. out of sheet metal and Lexan; cutting of
