We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:
PayPal's Consumer Product team is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Operations. This position will support and coordinate the Consumer Product team and its leadership in all aspects of business operations. The primary focus of this role will be to optimizing business operations and streamline workforce planning and budgeting activities. Additionally, the individual will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that directly and significantly impact business initiatives.Meet our team:

In this role, you will play a key part in operationalizing strategic goals across Consumer Product by coordinating operating rhythms, (SteerCo, OKR), workforce planning, budget management, and employee engagement initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact the organization’s operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment, providing foundational support that enables our team to achieve ambitious goals.

• Lead workforce planning and resource management activities, aligning with HR and Finance to ensure optimal headcount and budget alignment.
• Own budget planning and tracking activities, working closely with Finance to forecast and manage budgetary requirements.
• Coordinate business operations activities, including operating cadences, executive presentations, and vendor management.
• Support employee engagement initiatives within the team, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment.
• Establish and nurture cross-functional relationships across business teams to ensure alignment on key deliverables and drive operational excellence.
