We are currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong automotive background. This role will oversee the daily transactions at our Part Distribution Center and the Service Centers in the field. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

You will:

• Conduct regular inventory counts
• Gather, interpret, and analyze inventory data
• Identify, resolve, and find root cause of discrepancies and other related inventory errors
• Coordinate with Service Centers to resolve discrepancies
• Perform inventory transactions, data entry, and extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports
• Interface with cross-functional leaders, engineering, program management, and other pertinent functions within Service operations
• Be flexible to work overtime and assist in material handling functions as assigned
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with working in a warehouse

You bring:

• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelors Preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Advance MS Excel, SQL, Tableau and other related data management skills
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail, mathematical, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to effectively present information, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Data Management or 3+ years’ experience in an OE Service Parts Distribution environment
• Startup experience focused on early service program development
• WMS and ERP (specifically SAP) experience
• Experience with Automotive DMS systems
• PLM Experience (Enovia/3D Experience)
